George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Curbside Idling and Parking

• 4500 Will Clayton Pkwy

Pick-Ups

Charter bus loading is located on level one of Terminals A and C. Once you confirm which terminal to meet at with your charter bus driver, follow the signs to its baggage claim. From there, you’ll exit baggage claim through specific doors depending on which terminal you’re meeting in:

• For Terminal A, exit through door A115
• For Terminal C, exit through door C-105 or C-106

Drop-Offs

For drop-offs at IAH, your Houston charter bus can head to:

• level 2 for terminals A, C, and E
• level 1 for terminal D

 At the time of this article, there is no drop-off at terminal B due to construction, and passengers flying through that terminal should use terminal C for drop-off services. 

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)

Located south of the city, William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is the other major commercial airport servicing travelers in Houston. This smaller airport has fewer terminals and restrictions on where your charter bus can go, but it still provides instructions on how to ensure a smooth drop-off or pick-up for your group.
